StoreWiz is an AI ecommerce management platform that integrates with third-party services (Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok, Gmail) to provide analytics, campaign management, content generation, and business intelligence. The Service operates as a SaaS platform with tiered subscription plans.
You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind any business entity to these terms.
StoreWiz offers multiple subscription tiers with varying feature sets and usage limits. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website at storewiz.ai. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via LemonSqueezy. You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for the first 14 days only.

The Service uses AI models to generate content, recommendations, and analyses. AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for any content you publish or send using the Service. StoreWiz does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated output.
The Service connects to third-party platforms via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms of service. StoreWiz is not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates by third-party providers that may affect Service functionality.
You retain ownership of your business data. By using the Service, you grant StoreWiz a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreWiz's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our retention policies. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. For users in the European Economic Area, nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
