Gmail Data

• Email content used for business intelligence and draft generation
• Labels and thread structure

Advertising Platform Data

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaign metrics and ad performance

Your data is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted on Neon, with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• AES-256 encryption at rest for all stored data
• TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit
• Row-level security (RLS) ensuring strict tenant isolation
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Access logging and anomaly detection

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party services, only to the extent necessary to deliver our functionality:

• Anthropic — AI model provider for analytics, classification, and content generation. Data sent to Anthropic is not used to train their models.
• Replicate — AI infrastructure for image and video generation for product and marketing content.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery for notifications, alerts, and briefings.

We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

5. Shopify Data Handling

As a Shopify application, we adhere to Shopify's API Terms of Service and data protection requirements:

• We only access Shopify data that is necessary for the app's stated functionality
• We do not use Shopify data for any purpose beyond providing our services to you
• Upon app uninstall, all Shopify store data is permanently deleted from our systems within 48 hours
• We comply with Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks for data access, erasure, and portability requests
• We do not share Shopify data with unauthorized third parties

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:

• Right to Access — request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Right to Rectification — request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Right to Erasure — request deletion of your personal data from our systems

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion or app uninstall:

• Shopify store data is deleted within 48 hours
• Account data and analytics are deleted within 30 days
• Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by applicable tax regulations
• Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics may be retained indefinitely

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as we only use strictly necessary cookies.
